Weekly Roundup – October 19th

Blog tours, reviews, and sales, oh my! Last week was Fate's Love blog tour and, in all honesty, I wasn't sure what to expect. Would my sales increase? Would traffic to my social media sites increase? Or would nothing change? Actually, I was more than pleased with the outcome. Over forty blogs participated, with around a third of those reviewing the book. Graphics, Goodreads, and OMG's Fate's Love has been out in the world for two whole weeks, and I'm still none the wiser about how my sales are faring in the grand scheme of things. But it continues to make 'steady' daily sales - and I've had a rank peak in Amazon, so that's good enough for me for now (I'm still like 'oh my god' people are actually buying my book. Crazy!) So yeah, people are buying my book, but encouraging reviews is a whole other thing. I seem to get a trickle of ratings of Goodreads, and half of those leave reviews, but how does one get people to review on Amazon? If you know, please send me an answer on a postcard. Although, I did think long and hard about this over the last week,…
